It deserves its 3 stars. Gorgeous building in the centre of Bruges. When I arrived the owner was nice. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.

Helpful staff, breakfasts are GORGEOUS. When we came, the host met us and was friendly. We went to Tom's Diner, located minutes from, to have some dinner.
No complaints.
